Fair Trade coffees ensure that a greater percentage of each dollar spent on coffee goes back to the farmers, cooperatives and their communities, and opportunities for long-term sustainability are created.

Organic coffee purchase and compsumption is encouraged with the objective of preserving the farm environment. Harmful chemicals and agricultural methods are avoided with emphasis placed on soil fertility, replenishment, maintenance and diversity. By offering a variety of organic blends, ON THE WAY CAFÉ is supporting natural and healthy methods of crop production.
